When you think of Leonardo da Vinci, you probably picture the paintings, right? Or maybe the inventions. But what made him special wasn’t either one — it was how he mixed them. He wasn’t switching between art and science; to him, they were the same thing.
He studied how light bent through glass and water just to see how color scattered across a surface — so his paintings could breathe in ways no one else’s did. That curiosity didn’t stop at painting. He got obsessed with anatomy — dissecting bodies to see how muscles actually worked, then carving stone that looked like it could breathe. And when he’d figured that out, he moved on to flight — sketching wooden frames and linen wings, designed to twist the way birds do midair.
He didn’t see categories. He just followed curiosity wherever it led — and somehow, everything he learned made everything else better.
The kind of people
We’re looking for builders like Da Vinci, the ones who blur categories — artists who code, engineers who paint, designers who write, and hackers who compose. People who see no boundary between art, math, and engineering. If your brain only works in one dimension, we’ll drive you crazy. But if you’ve ever lost sleep over a shader, a melody, or a line of code — you’ll fit right in.
The kind of work ethic
Now, seeing across disciplines is one thing — turning that vision into something real, is where most ideas die. Imagining the future is easy; lasting long enough to create it, is f*cking brutal. James Dyson — yeah, the vacuum guy — built over 5,127 prototypes before one finally had enough suction to work. Can you imagine the willpower that takes? And he wasn’t guessing. He tested and tweaked until failure ran out of options. Skill is easy to come by; obsession is not. Those are the kind of people we want around us.
The kind of place
If that sounds intense, it is — and if it scares you, you probably shouldn’t work here. If you’re after balance and easy weekends, this will be a terrible place for you. But if pressure flips a switch in you — if you’re wired to see how far you can actually go — you’ll fit right in. We have a ton of fun here, and what we build looks playful, but under the hood, every single one of us is a dog in a fight. We like winning and nobody half-asses anything.

Who we’re looking for
The people who thrive here are masters of their craft. Everyone on the team has strong opinions and good reasons for them. If you’re great at what you do, you’ll win arguments with logic, proof (data), and better ideas — that’s how it works here.
The best ideas always win. And we expect everyone, no matter the role, to be technical. Whether you’re in sales, marketing, design, or ops — you should know the latest tools in your field. And if the tool you need doesn’t exist, you should be able to build it.
