• Bytespace makes no guarantees regarding service uptime, accuracy, reliability, or suitability for your purposes.

Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall Bytespace, its affiliates, or their respective directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services—even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bytespace and its affiliates from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
